💰 Deposit & Payment Terms

• A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required to begin all custom web design projects.

• The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before website handoff or launch.

• Payments made for digital services are generally non-refundable once work has begun.

 

🔁 Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

• Work has not yet begun, and the client cancels within 48 hours of payment

• A duplicate payment was made in error

• A service was charged incorrectly (proof of billing error required)

 

❌ Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable once work begins or files are delivered:

• Custom website designs or graphics

• Revisions or consulting time

• Domain, hosting, or third-party platform fees

• Content writing or branding work

• Completed design assets

 

🕒 Project Cancellation

If you decide to cancel a project after work has started:

• You will be invoiced for all work completed to date.

• Any unpaid time and materials will be billed at our standard hourly rate ([e.g., $50/hour]).

 

📦 Template-Based Services

Pre-made templates or digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered.
