💰 Deposit & Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required to begin all custom web design projects.

The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before website handoff or launch.

Payments made for digital services are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
🔁 Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

Work has not yet begun, and the client cancels within 48 hours of payment

A duplicate payment was made in error
