2. Quotes & Payments

• All project quotes are valid for 30 days.

• A [50%] deposit is required to begin work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Final payment is due upon project completion and before website handoff or launch.

• Late payments may be subject to a [5%] late fee per month.

 

3. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide all required content (text, images, logos) in a timely manner.

• Delays in content delivery may extend project timelines.

• Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all work before launch.

 

4. Revisions

• Most packages include up to [2–3] rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.

• Significant changes outside the original scope will be quoted separately.

 

5. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, the client owns the final website design and content they have provided.

• Headlight Marketing reserves the right to display the completed project in our portfolio.

• Any custom code, stock assets, or proprietary tools remain the property of their respective owners unless transferred by license.

 

6. Third-Party Tools & Services

We may use third-party platforms (e.g., Wix, WordPress, plugins, hosting) as part of your website. You are responsible for any associated licensing or subscription fees.

 

7. Cancellations & Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.

• If a project is canceled by the client after commencement, the client will be invoiced for work completed to date.

 

8. Liability

Headlight Marketing is not liable for:

• Loss of data or site downtime due to third-party service failures

• Client-provided content that violates copyright or intellectual property laws

• Damages caused by website misuse or unauthorized modifications

 

9. Privacy

10. Governing Law
